Subject doSelect vs. doPSSelect
Date Mon, 10 Nov 2003 03:01:34 GMT
I've been having a problem with Oracle 9i: shared pool gets filled with
cached queries. So I tried to replace doSelect statements with
doPSSelect, but that didn't work due to incompatibility of return types.
doSelect returns a list of torque.BaseObject elements and doPSSelect
returns a list of type com.workingdogs.village.Record elements.

Can anyone recommend a solution to allow passing parameterized queries
to Oracle using Torque? I'm using Oracle9i with Torque 3.0, and JDK
1.4.

Thanks in advance.

Ramesh
