It is not clear from your example what you are trying to achieve.

Should:
    projekt.getProjektParaDescId();
Be retrieving a foreign key?  How is it going to retrieve anything if you
haven't initialised the projekt object?

Should you perhaps be doing:
    projekt.setParaDesc(paraDesc);
Or similar, prior to the highlighted line?
