Subject [jira] [Created] (TORQUE-260) cannot set size for binary datatype in mssql
Date Sun, 27 Jan 2013 20:57:12 GMT
Thomas Fox created TORQUE-260:

Summary: cannot set size for binary datatype in mssql
                 Key: TORQUE-260
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TORQUE-260
             Project: Torque
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Templates
    Affects Versions: 4.0-beta1
            Reporter: Thomas Fox
            Assignee: Thomas Fox
             Fix For: 4.0

Currently, the binary data type has a fixed size of 7132. However, according to the mssql
2012 documentation, size can vary between 1 and 8000 and should be settable by the user using
the size attribute for the column in the schema.
