Thomas Fox resolved TORQUE-217.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Date default values are now handled such that the java default value is set to null, because
database time and java time might differ. However, the default is written to the database
if the field was not changed and is retrieved from database on read.

> Currently, it is not possible to set a Date value (eg.1970-01-01 00:00:01) as default
value. The default value is rendered to the java code unchanged, without quotes, causing compile
errors.
> The default should also be rendered as default to the database SQL.
