Subject [jira] [Created] (TORQUE-220) Use generics for BasePeerImpl
Date Wed, 15 Aug 2012 03:00:38 GMT
Thomas Fox created TORQUE-220:

             Summary: Use generics for BasePeerImpl
                 Key: TORQUE-220
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TORQUE-220
             Project: Torque
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Thomas Fox
            Assignee: Thomas Vandahl
             Fix For: 4.0-beta1

The BasePeerImpl class in the runtime should be generified by the Data object it handles.
It should also keep its default record mapper, its table map and its default database name
as instance variables.
If made possible by this change, methods should be moved from the generated classes to the
BasePeerImpl class.
