Subject Wrong SQL creation for HSQLDB

Hi guys

Just at this moment I remember a long forgotten bug in creation of
HSQLDB (which was at least in torque 3.3).

If you define a Integer column with a length the generated SQL was
not valid for HSQLDB (we used an old version 1.8.x or something)
since this database have not supported length for Integers.

I'm not sure if this has changed in torque 4 or maybe newer
versions of HSQLDB but I wanted to mention it.

I'm not at the company anymore but a to create a testcase should
be no problem.

Chris
