Greetings,
  it seems that a Microsoft Exchange-user tried to subscribe to 
torque-dev with symbolic name rather than a proper e-mail address. For 
each mail sent to torque-dev there is a NDR-bounce for:
  JOSE_LUIS_ROVIRA_MARTIN/BANESTO@notes.banesto.es
(As you have all most certainly noticed yourselves.)

Any listadmins around here or do you want me to forward to infrastructure?
