Subject [jira] Created: (OJB-119) JDBC connection documentation out of date

JDBC connection documentation out of date
-----------------------------------------

                 Key: OJB-119
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OJB-119
             Project: OJB
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.0.4
            Reporter: Mike Perham
            Priority: Minor

This page clearly states that the default JDBC level is "1.0" whereas the 1.0.4 codebase shows
"2.0" as the default.

http://db.apache.org/ojb/docu/guides/repository.html#Attributes-N10127

There are also a number of attributes which are handled in ConnectionDescriptorXmlHandler.java
which are not documented at all. I don't know if this is because they are old cruft or new
undocumented features. It looks like they are old attributes used pre-datasource (protocol,
subprotocol, dbalias, etc).
