Subject [jira] Resolved: (OJB-31) Configurable JDBC driver-setting setFetchSize
Date Sat, 30 Apr 2005 21:30:04 GMT
Martin Kalén resolved OJB-31:

     Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version: 1.0.x CVS

It is now possible to user connection-pool attribute "fetchSize" to set this globally in OJB.
All Iterator objects will set explicit fetchSize=1 hints regardless of this global default.

> It should be possible to control the JDBC-driver fetchSize hint from OJB settings, to
reduce memory footprint for drivers that does not automatically use server-side cursors (eg
PostgreSQL JDBC driver).
