Hi John,

with last weeks RC6 and the latest fixes and updates wrt. ASLv2 we are now
ready for a final 1.0 release.
Now, how can we proceed for a quick release?

Are all the new PMC members already accepted, so that we can have a simple
vote on the PMC list?
Or do we first have to officially nominate and vote for the new PMC members?

I hope you can answer my questions,
Thomas
