I must be blind.  This is exactly where I went.

I do see the 1.0 reference implementation link, but when the link is followed there doesn't
seem to be any binaries to download.

If I flow the link to 1.0.1 it takes me to the JCP's JSR page, with a reference to download
the binaries or source, and then to the page where I see a download link for the 1.0.1 JDO
binaries or source.

What's the deal?
