I am all for 1.0. However, I would like there to be at least some 
guidelines for what users can expect in terms of interface and 
configuration compatibility across versions as we move forward. 
Historically OJB has broken configuration files across version upgrades 
-- this is generally a no-no for a 1.0.X release as the new jar should  
be a drop in replacement for the old.
