hi all,

there are imo some other open issues:

- ojbConcreteClass is added to the query when it's instantiated. this 
means we can't mix inheritance strategies.
- we still have a problem dealing with primitive keys in some cases.

i think these issues will not be fixed quickly, so we won't run out of 
work after 1.0 ;)
