CTR. Ok to close 706 now. Another JIRA for the README and run rules.

maintenance release 1 (3.1)" under "Unresolved: By Version"

Michelle found "the ultimate answer" about converting the spec to  
mif2go. FOSS developers get free licenses to use. Michelle has  
registered and has a copy. The plan is to convert the .fm files  
to .rtf. One issue is how to make a book from the files.

Action Items from weeks past:
[Sep 23 2011] AI Michael document when changing dependencies (to  
DataNucleus) it's necessary to rebuild the exectck project before  
running tck.
