It's basically a Lightening Talk (5 minute update on your favorite  
topic) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lightning_Talk but expanded to 15  
minutes per topic for ApacheCon http://www.eu.apachecon.com/eu2008/program/fast_feather
