Subject [jira] Updated: (JDO-400) IsTransactionalFalse - Should work with optimistic transactions?
Date Sun, 30 Jul 2006 01:16:14 GMT

Craig Russell updated JDO-400:
------------------------------

    Attachment: JDO-400.patch

Right. The transaction in which the instance is touched must be datastore, not optimistic.

The attached patch explicitly marks the transaction as datastore in order to reliably make
the instance transactional.

> org.apache.jdo.tck.api.jdohelper.IsTransactionalFalse fails if in line 86 p1 is not persistent
clean, but if the transaction is optimistic p1 is expected to be persistent non transactional,
