Subject JDO TCK Conference Call Friday, May 12, 9 am PST
Date Fri, 12 May 2006 17:14:19 GMT
Agenda:

1. (JDO-379) JDO2 DTDs on java.sun.com/dtd (Craig) AI Craig: publish
the DTDs and XSDs on the official Sun web site. 6 files in all.

2. Maintenance activities (Craig) The TCK ToDo list needs to be
updated. AI: Michelle take off the obsolete items from the todo list.
AI All: add new items including tests that missed the deadline for
JDO 2.0 release; new tests for detached instances; new tests for
persistent interfaces; change the teardown algorithm; new query tests.

What happens if a TCK licensee challenges a test that is then
patched? Where does the patch go? Answer: probably in a new svn
directory under releases/X.X called patches. This is to allow
different patches for different branches. The patches can be
distributed to the web. AI: Michelle write this up.

What happens if a TCK licensee challenges a test from a previous
version of the TCK? Answer: we need to update the RunRules to say we
only patch current releases. AI: Craig update the RunRules change log.

3. Are the release tags done for the released versions? With these
tags done, Michelle's filter can now be released.
