Subject Negative VOTE Issue 125: Clarify default for embedded-{element, key, value}
Date Mon, 13 Feb 2006 18:18:36 GMT

Please reply if you have objections.

The embedded-element attribute specifies whether the values of the
elements should be stored as part of the containing instance instead
of as their own instances in the datastore. It defaults to "false"
for persistence-capable types, the Object type, interface types and
multi-valued types; and "true" for primitive types, wrapper types,
and single-valued Object types including String, Date, and Locale. It
also defaults to true if the element element contains the embedded
element specifying the embedded mapping of the element.
