Huh?  I don't understand your response.

I already know how to create a database via the embedded driver (it's done
during the process-classes phase of my maven build, using a JPA vendor's
schema generation tool), and I know how to start the network server,
pointing it at the created database.

What I can't figure out is the name of the database the network client
should connect to, aka the last element of the JDBC URL.
