If I remove the "WHERE" part, it works fine (i.e. no exception generated 
when preparing the statement).

SELECT method  FROM methodParameters AS mp       INNER JOIN types ON 
mp.parameter = types.id  GROUP BY method  HAVING COUNT(method) >= ?
