I tried this

 select CONSTRAINTNAME from sys.SYSCONSTRAINTS,sys.systables where 
sys.systables.tablename='NARAYANAN' and 
sys.sysconstraints.tableid=sys.systables.tableid;

Replace the tablename with the name of the table for which you want to 
find the constraints.
