Yes. For example:

CREATE TABLE GROUPS(
   ID INTEGER NOT NULL GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY (start with 0, 
increment by 1),
   NAME VARCHAR(25) NOT NULL,
   DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(255),
   PRIMARY KEY (ID)
)
