I don't think your 'schema not found' exception is related to
authentication. A SQL statement (most likely a DROP or a SELECT) is
trying to access schema OMAR before it is created. Authentication does
not create schemas.

Getting your application to print out the stack trace of the
SQLException chain being thrown from Derby's JDBC driver would be a
great help.
