Hi Kim,
I think the PropertyPermissions should be kept. The corresponding FilePermissions should be
removed. (The policy files have both PropertyPermissions and FilePermissions for java.runtime.version
and java.fullversion. Since they are properties, the file permissions don't make sense, but
the property permissions do.)
