It appears some of our tests rely on ReferenceableDataSource to be instantiable, cf. DataSourceReferenceTest#assertDataSourceReferenceEmpty,
although it is done indirectly using Reference#getFactoryClassName and then Class.forName.
Does that mean that this class (ReferenceableDataSource) should be included in the public
API?
