Rick Hillegas created DERBY-6573:
------------------------------------

Summary: Don't throw an exception if a nested sub transaction can't immediately
get a blocking lock held by its parent transaction.
                 Key: DERBY-6573
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-6573
             Project: Derby
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Store
    Affects Versions: 10.11.0.0
            Reporter: Rick Hillegas

The motivation for this improvement is discussed on DERBY-6554. Solving this problem involves
figuring out how to get sequences/identities to work with such a scheme.
