Re-tested. Occurred in both network and embedded derby.

> I've tried another 3 Derby versions and still same deadlock occurs. When I switched to
MS SQL Server 2008 R2, it passes this test (no deadlock). So most likely Derby bug. I browsed
previous Derby bugs and found few similar bugs.
