Hi Myrna, thanks for the offer of help.

I think the question is: if we add a new test method in 
SysinfoCPCheckTest.java, something like:

    public void testJavaDump()
        // We just want to call this method to verify that it doesn't crash

will that test reliably pass for test configurations
that use an IBM JVM?
