Hi,

I got following results in my environment. 

C:\Users\Rila\workspace\derby>ant -Dderby.junit.testclass=org.apache.derbyTestin

Unable to locate tools.jar. Expected to find it in C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\li
b\tools.jar
