Sorry your question was missed.
For partial writes of this nature due to a power down one work around that might help is to
use pageSize of 4096.

Unfortunately, you have to set this property before creating the table or index.

Another thing to consider is using roll-forward recovery in your backup/restore strategy so
that you can recover from a failure like this.
