Subject [jira] [Updated] (DERBY-1807) Run more grant/revoke tests on an upgraded database

Myrna van Lunteren updated DERBY-1807:
--------------------------------------

    Labels: derby_triage10_11 (was: )

As the grant/revoke tests have been converted to junit, I wondered if something really simple
could be done, so I added the current grantrevoke and grantrevokeddl tests to the UpgradeRun
class similarly to how the DatabaseMetaDataTest is getting run (except only for releases >
10.2), but that resulted in errors like: ERROR 42Z60: GRANT not allowed unless database property
derby.database.sqlAuthorization has value 'TRUE'.
So doing something like that would need a little more work.

> DERBY-1521 covers testing of basic grant/revoke functionality on an upgraded database.
It would be good to add more testing for this to the upgrade test. This may be done by running
the existing grant/revoke tests on the upgraded database. Some issues when trying to do this
are mentioned here:
