Looks the connect to shut down timed out in the new login timeout code. But the test hasn't
set any timeouts unless
you changed it globally for testing purposes - or it hasn't been cleared by a previous test
that sets it? At least from analyzing the stack trace we know the code thinks a timeout is
applicable here....
