Hi,

No, doesn't look like we'll be able to generate a 10.9.2 before the
15th of April.
We're working on voting and testing 10.10.1 at the moment, and it is
expected to be released on April 12 - assuming the current more
extensive testing shows no major problem. The community cannot
properly work on a 10.9.2 at the same time...

You have the following options:
- include 10.10.1 when it becomes available.
  I don't believe there's any problem with you testing the candidate. See:

- build 10.9 yourself at the current level, and include that build
  A reasonable amount of nightly (building and) testing is occurring
at both Oracle and IBM (see:
http://db.apache.org/derby/derby_tests.html).
- wait until we get around to making a 10.9.2 (for which there
currently is no schedule).
