BundleActivator is used in starting up the bundle. This test installs the Derby bundle and checks if it is properly installed. I added the database part in the test, just to have the typical usage of Derby bundle and to make sure that such actions can be performed. Also Pax Exam would perform this test inside an OSGi container. So all accesses to Derby are through OSGi. I don't know if anything else is required. > Test Derby OSGi bundle > ---------------------- > > Key: DERBY-5902 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-5902 > Project: Derby > Issue Type: Task > Reporter: Mohamed Nufail > Assignee: Mohamed Nufail > Priority: Minor > Attachments: OSGiTest.java, PlumbingOSGiTest.java, pom.xml, Probe.java > > > There is a lack of tests that test Derby's support for OSGi. I hope to provide some integration tests to Derby OSGi bundle. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
