Attaching derby-5795-01-aa-copyCSS.diff. This changes the target which copies the docs, making
it also copy the css files.

Commited to trunk at subversion revision 1345301.

Ported to 10.9 branch at subversion revision 1345303.

Ported to 10.8 branch at subversion revision 1345305.

Touches the following files:
