Uploading an explicit synchronization fix for this issue. This will have the clearing of the
properties wait till the boot thread is fully done by augmenting the predicate in the method
verifySuccessfulBoot. This also made my instrumented Derby (which fails every time otherwise),
work correctly for the test.

I think I would prefer this patch to the previous one since it retains the original inten
of the "info.clear" call.
