Thanks for the feedback, people :)

I've committed removal from the HTML file with revision 1328276, and I've updated the site.
I'll let the HTML changes propagate first, and then drop the referenced files.

As side matters, I think the manuals page changed for the worse now with links even further
away from the titles/descriptions. That's however a different issue if anyone wants to pick
it up...
I also logged DERBY-5700, a small fix to the web site.
