Hi Kim,

I had not noticed the commit comments indicating that you weren't the original contributor
of the dita2fo-elems.xsl.
It's good that you gave credit in the commit message where it was due, and wonderful of Raymond
to help out.

Still it's a little unusual to not hear from the contributor in person.
Perhaps we can get a comment from Raymond indicating the contribution is officially granted
to Apache?
