Knut Anders Hatlen updated DERBY-5586:
--------------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 10.8.2.3
                   10.7.1.4
                   10.6.2.3
                   10.5.3.2
                   10.4.2.1

The fix merged cleanly all the way back to 10.4, and the docs built fine with it, so I checked
it in on those branches too.

> Due to licensing issues, we should remove this script from the Derby repository and we
should no longer use this script to generate monohtml output. The licensing issues are discussed
on this derby-dev email thread: http://old.nabble.com/Copyright-clairification-for-fo2html.xsl-in-Derby-software.-to33087407.html#a33087407
