Mike Matrigali updated DERBY-5377:
----------------------------------

Issue & fix info: High Value Fix
             Urgency: Urgent
              Labels: derby_triage10_9 (was: )

Triage for 10.9. Would be nice to get a fix for this as it is causing pretty regular nightly
failures in 10.8.
I have run test on 10.8 nightly test machine where failures are seen often, and have not been
able to reproduce.
Tried running just the test java file 100 times under load and under no load and no repro.
