The attached patch adds a new "isLockStandardException" static method to StandardException
that checks for either LOCK_TIMEOUT or LOCK_TIMEOUT_LOG and returns true if the exception
is either one.

The rest of the patch fixes the places in the code where only LOCK_TIMEOUT was being checked
for to use this new method except for the change in EmbedXAResource.java which only has an
SQLException to work with, not a StandardException.
