failed in nightly's, 10.8 branch, windows, ibm142

>From new diagnostics, the test is expecting 1 page visited but query visited 2 pages.
 Maybe this is some kind of background task
cleanup issue where there are still some deleted rows in the btree.  query plan looks like
it is using index correctly.
