Yes, if I modify tools._Suite.java so that it contains just:
1) IjConnNameTest
2) LocalizedAttributeScriptTest
3) LocalizedDisplayScriptTest

then the failure reproduces easily for me. Thank you for this suggestion,
it should make it easier to study this problem.
