Couple of sanity checks: 

I'm working from grantRevokeSpec_v5.html attached to DERBY-464, which seems to be the final
version.

Within that spec, I'm working from the table in the section "System Schemata, Functions, Procedures."

The first row of that table mentions the SYSIBM procedures, which we don't document at all,
so I'll ignore that. 

Please let me know if I'm off track anywhere. Thanks!
