Attached is a patch which adds JUnit test cases that reproduce this bug with compress table and truncate table. The patch also moves the third invalidation on compress/truncate to a point where the new conglomerate information has been written to the system tables, so that the statements get recompiled using the new conglomerates.

All the regression tests ran cleanly with the patch.
