This looks most definitely like a permissions issue: "Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Java
exception: 'extinout\books.del (Access is denied): java.io.FileNotFoundException'. "

Maybe you can try to disable UAC [1] and give it another try? Then if it works, we'll know
what's causing it and we can try a more gentle approach (maybe just changing the permissions
of the folder...).

I'm not sure, but maybe running the command line in elevated mode (right click on it, and
"Run as Administrator) would also fix it, but I'd still give it a try just with UAC disabled
beforehand.
