The attached patch adds a description of how to run the compatibility tests outside of Ant.
It also removes the revision history table in the document, since that information could easily
be retrieved from Subversion if someone wants it, and it also fixes a couple instances of
broken HTML (end tag doesn't match start tag). I've also attached the modified HTML file for
easier review.
