I saw this also in a nightly run with 10.7.1.2 - synced to revision 1040394, with ibm 1.5
(sr11); failing to delete the dir <startingdir>system\singleUse\readOnly:

older - is a little slow in deleting? Perhaps the check can be delayed, or redone if failed
first time.
