Joseph Weiner commented on DERBY-3952:
--------------------------------------

Have the same issue. I can't get the plug-in to "Add the Derby Nature" even after moving
Eclipse to a directory path that contains no spaces. I can connect to the Derby DB using
the cmd window. I have other plug-ins installed and none appear to have issues with spaces
in the directory paths. If the bug is really Trivial, then at a minimum some documentation
in the installation instructions on a workaround would be extremely helpful and not such a
hinderance to adopting the DB.

Thanks!

> I just installed Apache Derby Plugin on Eclipse Europa on Ubuntu and Windows and it work
fine of both platforms.
> Just want to report that if Eclipse placed on a path containing spaces like Program Files
in windows, it fails at the time when we go to start the Derby Network Server after that we
add the Derby nature to the project saying Class Not Found .
> I think this is just a path related problem, if eclipse placed on path like C:\eclipse
it works fine
> Minor Nice to have a feature ..
> Thanks
