Reference Manual map file issues with out-of-order/duplicate topics
-------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DERBY-4870
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-4870
             Project: Derby
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Documentation
    Affects Versions: 10.6.2.1
            Reporter: Kim Haase
            Assignee: Kim Haase
            Priority: Minor

In the Reference Manual:

The SELECT statement comes after the SET statements, not before.

The "ssl=sslMode attribute" topic is at the end of the attributes, after "user", instead of
being in between slavePort and startMaster. It may be a shame to interrupt all the replication
attributes, but the alphabet demands it.

In the "JDBC escape syntax" section, there is a subtopic, also titled "JDBC escape syntax",
which appears to have exactly the same content as another subtopic, "JDBC escape syntax for
date formats". The duplicate topic with the duplicate title should be removed.

These affect only the map file, except for the removal of the superfluous topic.
